Studio description
Our rental studio at Gronauer Str. 22 is located in a side street of Berger Str. on the ground floor of a well-kept building. It is very close to REWE, the Irish Pub and the Kirchner School in Bornheim.
FREIRAUM has two large window fronts - one facing east and one facing west - which flood the room with natural daylight throughout the day. High-quality wood-effect laminate flooring and soft pastel shades create an inviting atmosphere, while dimmable ceiling lights provide flexible lighting.
It is equipped with a small kitchenette, which offers practical facilities for preparing drinks and small snacks, as well as a WC with shower for everyday comfort. A mobile counter is also available, which you can use to welcome your guests, for example.
The spacious, wooden window sills with their cozy ambience invite you to linger and offer the users of the studio a perfect place to relax or work.
Natural daylight through large window fronts:
Enjoy the brightness and the view outside through generous windows that face both south and west. Soft light in the morning and warm rays of sunshine in the afternoon create a pleasant atmosphere.
Dimmable ceiling lighting:
Individually dimmable ceiling lights using a remote control allow you to configure the color temperature of the room and influence the mood in the room.
Harmonious ambience:
The walls are kept in neutral colors that bring out the best in the light and create a calm, relaxed environment.

Convenient 24/7 online booking
The studio can be booked online 24 hours a day via a practical booking calendar, which makes reservations easy and convenient. Alternatively, you can also contact us by phone to make your booking.
Upon receipt of your booking, you will receive all the necessary information as well as a key code that will be sent directly to your cell phone. This allows you to easily enter the studio without having to hand it over in person.
Mirrored wall and rung ladder
The studio is ideally equipped for sports classes or movement-oriented activities. It has a mirror wall that enables precise self-monitoring during training, as well as a rung ladder that offers additional training opportunities for coordination, flexibility and strength.
These features make the studio particularly attractive for fitness or dance classes, yoga sessions and other physical activities.
Mini tea kitchen with coffee machine and 2 hobs
The small kitchenette in our studio is equipped with basic appliances such as a kettle, small sink, fridge and coffee machine. It is available for preparing simple meals and heating drinks, but without extensive cooking facilities. With a kettle and coffee machine, it is practical for quick breaks and enjoying together.

Wardrobe with hooks and deposit compartments
A wardrobe with lockers offers a practical and organized solution for storing personal items, jackets, bags or work materials.
It is separated from the rest of the studio by a curtain.
WC with shower and hot water
The bathroom has a practical shower for quick refreshment, a WC and a washbasin for personal hygiene. The neutral tiles in light tones create a bright, clean atmosphere that makes the room even more inviting
